Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Sets of 5 or more wheels ship via pallet freight. A freight quote will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Remote and rural postcodes (including WA, NT, and regional QLD) may attract additional freight surcharges.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. For NZ orders please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns on unmounted, unmodified wheels and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Wheels that have been mounted on a tyre
- Wheels with any signs of use, kerb damage, or modification
- Special-order or custom-finish items
- Sale or clearance items
How to Return
- Email returns@reikawheels.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable freight service. We recommend insuring the shipment for the value of the goods.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@reikawheels.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return freight.
