The R35V Rambler Super Single Set in Satin Black is Reika's original van-specific super single wheel — the first alloy super single engineered for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dually. Purpose-built to replace the factory dual rear wheel (DRW) setup on the Sprinter 519 (Australian model designation) — also known as the Sprinter 3500 in US markets — on both the current VS30 (907) chassis and earlier NCV3 (906) chassis.
The conversion replaces the factory dually with a single wider wheel per side on the rear axle, reducing unsprung weight, improving traction through a wider contact patch, eliminating debris trapped between dual tyres, and opening up a more capable tyre range for touring, overlanding, motorhome builds and heavy-duty commercial applications.
Load-rated at 1,995 kg per wheel — giving a combined rear axle wheel capacity of 3,990 kg, exceeding the Sprinter 519's factory rear axle mass limit of 3,500–3,600 kg — the R35V is engineered for the real weights Australian van builders, motorhome owners and trade operators are working with.

Fits all MWB, LWB and ELWB variants at 4.49t and 5.0t GVM, RWD and 4x4 (A4M). Compatible with VS30 chassis (2019+) and NCV3 chassis (2006–2018). Not compatible with 3-series (311/315/317/319) or 4-series (411/415/417/419) Sprinter variants — they use a different bolt pattern. Not listed? Contact us to confirm fitment before ordering.

Centre caps included for front wheels only. Caps are not compatible with rear super single wheels. 21 mm or 22 mm thin-wall socket recommended for installation.
Australian Compliance
This conversion is a certified vehicle modification. Replacing the 519's dual rear wheels with singles means each rear tyre carries half the rear axle limit on its own, and the van no longer matches its compliance plate. Certified every time — the pathway depends on your GVM:

- Ordered a 5.0t as 4×4? Mercedes auto-added the XL4 upgrade — you're at 5.5t. Your compliance plate governs.
- Tyres: 275/70R17 (LI 124, no lift) covers a 4.49t; only 1,800 kg-rated sizes (295/70R17 class, lift + trim) cover 5.0t/5.5t at full rating.
- Every super single tyre size requires certification — the smallest is +103 mm over the ~700 mm factory tyre, beyond any uncertified allowance.
- Electronics: one ~2-hour coding session — speedo recode (plus speed limiter over 4.5t), ESP check, TPMS sensors in all 5 wheels, radar cruise if fitted.
- Certification: independent engineer (~$990, mobile in NSW, our referral) — certificate lodged, modification plate fitted, placard updated.

Warranty
All Reika wheels are covered by a 3-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Finish warranty is 1 year under normal use and care.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper fitment, accidents, kerb impact, misuse, or off-road damage. Wheels must be fitted by a qualified tyre fitter.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
